Pricing, answered

Are there any other fees?

No. No setup fee, no sourcing fee, no onboarding fee, no offboarding fee, and no fee to replace someone. The monthly number is the whole number. Anything outside the role is quoted and agreed before any work starts.

What is the minimum term?

None, unless you want one. Month to month with 30 days notice is the default, and a twelve-month agreement takes 10% off if you would rather lock the rate. That is your choice, not a condition. The fourteen onboarding days are not billed, so you do not have to commit in order to find out.

How does part-time work?

A part-time coordinator works twenty hours a week: the same person, the same four-hour block every weekday, set at the start inside your business hours. It is $1,400 a month for Core roles and $1,650 for Specialist roles, or $1,260 and $1,485 on a twelve-month agreement. Recruiting Coordinator is full-time only.

Everything else works the same way, except that the multi-coordinator discount applies to full-time coordinators only, because a part-time search and onboarding take as much work as a full-time one. When you need more hours, move to full-time with 30 days notice. If your coordinator cannot take on the extra hours, we find you a full-time coordinator at no charge, with their own fourteen days, nothing billed.

How does adding coordinators work?

Your first coordinator stays at full price, and the discount applies to each one you add. Mixing roles is normal: one Specialist and two Core coordinators is $2,800 + $2,000 + $2,000, so $6,800 a month for three full-time people.

They start one at a time. Each runs its own fourteen-day onboarding, and the next begins when the previous one goes live, because two at once means neither gets the daily attention that makes it work. If you have not planned a team up front, a second coordinator is offered once your first has been live sixty days. Beyond five, ask first, so you get a straight answer about whether it can be supported properly.

What if we want to hire the coordinator permanently?

Then let us talk about it rather than have it happen quietly. For a full-time coordinator the buyout is $7,500 in the first six months, $5,000 through month twelve, $2,500 through month twenty-four, and nothing after that. For a part-time coordinator it is half: $3,750, $2,500, $1,250, then nothing. Nobody will stand in the way of a person getting a better job; the clause exists to make the conversation happen.

Why is this cheaper than hiring locally?

Because the coordinator is based in Central America and works US business hours, where the cost of living makes a strong wage for them a lower cost for you. Coordinators are paid above their local market on purpose: underpaying is how you get turnover, and turnover is the thing you are paying us to absorb.

Twenty minutes, and you will know what it costs you.

No pitch deck. We work out which role fits what you are describing, and what your first month would look like.
