How the process works
Everything happens online, at times that suit you. In total it takes about three hours of your time.
- 01ApplyFill out the application. It takes about 10 minutes.
- 02Free English level testIf your experience fits the role, we send you EF SET, a free online English test. It takes about 50 minutes, and you take it when it suits you.
- 03A 30-minute video callWith us, in English, about your experience in your best-fit role. You'll also listen to a short recorded message and tell us what you heard, and we'll check your internet connection.
- 04Two short tasks from homeA 20-minute writing exercise, then a 45-minute task from the real job, started at a time you choose. Afterwards, a 10-minute call where you walk us through two of your answers.
- 05Reference and ID checkWe speak with one person who has seen your work, and we confirm your identity on a short video call.
When a company is hiring for your role, we ask your permission and then introduce you. The company interviews its finalists and makes the choice.
If no company is hiring for your role yet, you stay on our shortlist of ready candidates. We check in with you once a month, and you're free to accept other offers in the meantime.
Does applying cost anything?
No. Solida Staffing never charges candidates anything: not to apply, not for the tests, not for onboarding. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it isn't us.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. The form lets you choose every role that interests you, then asks which one fits you best. The call focuses on that one.
What does it pay?
Pay is monthly, in US dollars, and set above the local market for the same work on purpose: we want people who stay. The amount depends on the role and your experience, and it's written in your offer.
Will I hear back?
Yes. If you don't move forward at any step, we'll tell you.
The form is in Spanish. Is that a problem?
No. Fill it out as it is. The question about your experience asks you to answer in English, and every step after the form is in English.
Ready to apply?
It takes about 10 minutes. Google will ask you to sign in with a Gmail account so you can upload your CV. Please leave your photo, date of birth and marital status off your CV.
