What you are actually buying
- A named person One person, full-time or part-time, working only for you, on your systems and your hours.
- Screened before you meet them Five checks and a published scorecard come first. You interview two finalists and choose, and we stay accountable for the one you pick.
- Your team teaches, we make sure it lands Your team teaches the work on a plan we supply. We are accountable for the person learning it, and we check that they did.
- Staffing, not advice Solida is a staffing firm. Nothing on this site is legal, clinical, engineering, accounting or financial advice, and no coordinator gives any. Those decisions stay with your licensed professionals, and your agreement says so.
- Your business hours Weekdays on US business hours, full-time or a fixed four-hour block. Not an overnight shift.
Nearshore: coordinators are based in Central America and work United States business hours. Same working day as your team, your customers and your suppliers.
- Fourteen days of onboarding, nothing billed until you sign off
- Month to month, with 30 days notice
- Free replacement while your coordinator is with you
- A screening standard published in full, and the fourteen days laid out day by day
- New coordinators are onboarded a few at a time, so each onboarding gets real attention
